Flubber meets Weird Science. Best friends Scott and Willy are a scientist and school photographer, respectively, and are healthy and horny young males as well. An experiment in the lab goes awry, and the explosion exposes Scott to inexplicable chemicals, giving him great telekinetic powers. He now can move objects, enabling him to to get out of jams and fool his meddling parents. The two best buds, joined by their female class valedictorian, explore the possibilities of this new power. They begin with the highest goals, but, alas, end up using the power for conducting capers and having hijinx. Sic semper

Scott gets the smart, but cute girl, while Willy manages to charm the pants off the rich girl Heather, angering her snobbish, rich college boyfriend. Our boy pulls a "Carrie" at the prom, but hits his head and loses his powers in the process, ending Willy`s schemes. Scott is now just a modest, normal boy-or is he?

By the way, the guys get the girls. Yes, there was a sequel, with no-name actors.
