Two exemplary skiers of completely different temperaments manage rival resort areas on the same Rocky mountain: there`s not enough room for both of them, so the battle lines between snobs and slobs are drawn early on. Uncle Ray is mentor to the poor guys and Martin, the rich real estate mogul, seeks his property to take total control of the mountain.
Get the picture? Bribery and sabotage appear to give Mull`s minions the upper hand, but Walston`s waistoids have hidden strengths and strategies such as dedication and honesty! In the end the Ski Patrol saves the life of the mean mogul in return for his confession of fraud and a solemn promise to leave Uncle Ray and his boys alone. The Lodge is saved!
